I spend a week inside how your business actually runs — the spreadsheets, the double-entry, the 'someone emails someone' steps. You get a written roadmap: the 3–5 highest-value automation targets, what each one saves you per month, and a fixed price to build each. We walk through it on a 30-minute call. If you go ahead with a build, the full $500 comes off the price.
